One of the most famous fast meals you can have these Air Fried Chicken Wings as a snack or as breakfast or movie dinner and yes it can be done in an Air Fryer. It’s lovely, crispy and very healthy. For this recipe I used the Air Fryer to cook frozen chicken wings. You can spray some oil on the chicken wings or you can use NO OIL at all.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. (1 kg) chicken wings, tips removed and wings cut into drummettes and flats
- 1/4 cup (2 fl. oz./60 ml) wing sauce
Method
Step 1
Preheat your Air Fryer to 360°F (182°C).
Step 2
Place half of the chicken wings in the fry basket and insert into the air fryer.
Step 3
Cook until the skin is browned and crisp, 26 to 28 minutes, opening the basket 2 or 3 times during cooking to turn the wings with tongs.
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl, add 2 Tbs. of the wing sauce and toss to coat.
Step 5
Repeat with the remaining wings and sauce.
Step 6
Serve while warm.
